Occupiers entering early discussions are able to input to finishes and the final specification. Environmentally, tHe is targeting Very Good BREEAM Rating and Energy Performance Certificate B. 

With the first office building H5 due for completion in early 2018, tHe Haymarket Edinburgh represents a new generation of sustainable, flexible office space coupled with prime retail and leisure opportunities.


Situated next to Haymarket, one of Scotland’s busiest railway stations and only 22 minutes by tram from Edinburgh international airport, this landmark development is easily the best-connected and most integrated business destination in the capital.


An “Edinburgh 12” project, tHe Haymarket Edinburgh is one of the last remaining major gap sites to be regenerated.
