The Haymarket Edinburgh is a £200 million mixed-use scheme being developed by M&G Investments. Situated next to Haymarket, one of Scotland’s busiest railway stations and only 22 minutes by tram from Edinburgh international airport, this landmark development is easily the best-connected and most integrated business destination in the capital.
The Haymarket Edinburgh is one of the last remaining major gap sites to be regenerated. It is highly significant in terms of economic growth within the city and will provide an important mix of high quality office, hotel and retail space with the potential to create 3500 new jobs.
