Merkle (FDI) - Tokyo - Business Services

A Burger King outlet is set to open in Edinburgh Airport as part of an expansion of food and drink options in the departures terminal.

Business advisory and accountancy firm Johnston Carmichael has expanded its Edinburgh premises enabling it to boost headcount, having experienced double-digit fee growth in the capital.

Brady, the provider of trading and risk management software for the commodity and energy markets, has taken a 3,784 sq ft suite at 40 Torphichen Street.

Visiativ Group (M&A) - Lyon - ICT

Jumpstart, the Edinburgh-based research and development tax credit specialist, has been acquired by French digital technology firm Visiativ Group for an undisclosed sum.

Topping & Company Booksellers (Domestic) - Ely, Cambridgeshire - Retail

Topping & Company Booksellers is to open a store at 2 Blenheim Place, a building that was designed by the celebrated Scots architect William Playfair.

Actelligent Capital Management (FDI) - Hong Kong - Financial Services

Actelligent will receive £305,000 of Regional Selective Assistance funding from Scottish Enterprise to support the creation of 20 fintech jobs in Edinburgh.
