Airport sees busiest ever February

A total of 939,412 passengers came through the airport in its busiest ever February, up from 846,502 on the same month last year.

The airport’s numbers were boosted by fans travelling to the Scottish capital for the Six Nations rugby tournament. Other factors in the success were new routes and better weather, as last year’s figures were affected by the Beast from the East snowfalls.
