Turner & Townsend has taken space on level two in Atria One, extending to approximately 5,800 sq ft of Grade A space, on a ten year lease.
The firm, which offers services including project and cost management and procurement, has been operational for more than 70 years and employs almost 5,000 people across 104 offices worldwide. It is currently fitting out the space and is expected to take occupation this month.
It is great news that we can announce this letting to Turner and Townsend, a globally renowned organisation. It is joining an already unrivalled line-up in the building...Allan Matthews, Director, CBRE Edinburgh
Atria One is a landmark Grade A office development located in the heart of Edinburgh’s Exchange District, the leading business and financial area, benefitting from a wide range of transport links and shops and leisure amenities in close proximity.
It is home to a variety of successful organisations including PwC, EY, IBM, Brewin Dolphin, The Law Society of Scotland and The Co-operative Food.
The development has proven popular with occupiers as the flexible floorplates enable them to make more efficient use of their space, and at the same time significantly reduce their property overheads on both an annual basis and over the life of the lease.
Turner & Townsend is relocating from its premises on Osbourne Terrace in the city and requires a larger office due to business expansion. CBRE, alongside joint agent Savills, acted for the landlord Deka in the transaction whilst Ryden advised Turner & Townsend.
