It was founded in 2004 by Fred Luddy who wanted to build a cloud-based platform that would enable people to work more effectively and automate manual jobs. ServiceNow had revenue of $2.6 billion in 2018 and growth of 36%, and employs over 8,000 people.
Their programme membership also entitles Exception access to ServiceNow tools and resources enabling the company to accelerate IT service automation engagements.
