Topping out at key Edinburgh office redevelopment

A significant milestone has been reached in the redevelopment of 10 George Street in the heart of Edinburgh’s New Town.

Robertson began work on the refurbishment of the office accommodation in March this year for La Française Real Estate Partners International on behalf of their client Sampension KP. The project retains much of the frame of the 1990s building and is sensitive to the historic setting.

Architect Reiach and Hall has achieved increased massing to create efficient and high quality Grade A office space. The building is scheduled for completion in April 2019 and is entirely pre-let to Standard Life Aberdeen for 15 years. 

The refurbishment will also include new lifts, office floors and ceilings while there are 12 secure basement car parking spaces.
