An opportunity has arisen to lease a new business and events space in Powderhall, Edinburgh.

The City of Edinburgh Council is inviting offers from parties interested in leasing "Powderhall Stables", a new business and events hub at 165A Broughton Road in Edinburgh.

A historic 1890s former stable block, Powderhall Stables has been comprehensively refurbished to deliver twelve studios and two co-working spaces aimed at start-ups and microbusinesses, along with two function spaces. It is anticipated that the building will be available for occupation in Q4 2022.

The Council is seeking a head tenant to lease Powderhall Stables on a Full Repairing and Insuring (FRI) basis. The head tenant would then be responsible for the sub-leasing and management of the studios and co-working spaces and the function spaces.

The closing date for submitting offers is 12 P.M. on Wednesday 31st August 2022. Further information on the opportunity, and details on how to apply, can be found here.
