Lumacron establishes European HQ in Edinburgh

The letting adds to the growing community of businesses in Edinburgh Park.
Lumacron - a global supplier of hardware and software solutions for optical communications networks - has relocated its European headquarters to 4-5 Lochside Avenue in Edinburgh's Edinburgh Park.
Lumacron has signed a 10-year lease on 1,190 square metres (12,814 square feet) of grade 'A' office space on the ground floor of 4-5 Lochside Avenue.
Owned by the Knight Property Group, 4-5 Lochside Avenue has recently benefitted from a comprehensive refurbishment. The building is all-electric, with an EPC rating of 'B+'. It forms part of Edinburgh Park, home to 7,000 employees and blue chip occupiers such as Fujitsu, HSBC, J.P. Morgan, and the Lloyds Banking Group.

JLL and CBRE are the joint letting agents for the Knight Property Group, whilst Lumacron was advised by CuthbertWhite.
