The fully-let building occupies a prime location.

The 6,547 square metre (70,467 square foot) Mint Building in Edinburgh city centre has been put on the market for £41 million.

Developed in 2019, the nine-storey Mint Building comprises 5,521 square metres (59,427 square feet) of grade 'A' office space (currently let to tech firm FNZ and the Nationwide Building Society) and 1,026 square metres (11,040 square feet) of retail/food and drink space (let to the restaurants Franco Manca and Tattu).

Fronting onto St Andrew Square, the Mint Building is strategically located close to the St James Quarter. Other firms in the vicinity include Harvey Nichols, The Ivy, and the Gleneagles Townhouse luxury hotel.

The building is being sold by Lismore Real Estate Advisors on behalf of Hines.

"Edinburgh is one of the most dynamic and fastest growing cities in the UK. The Mint Building is a true trophy asset, in Edinburgh’s most prized location. It offers an outstanding and extremely rare opportunity to acquire a newly-developed building on St Andrew Square, with an immediately reversionary income profile."
