Seafield Retail Park put on the market

The Seafield Retail Park in northeast Edinburgh has been put on the market for offers over £5.745 million (plus VAT).

Built in 1993, the 2,305 square metre (24,815 square foot) park comprises various retail warehouse units leased to tenants including Halfords and Greggs, along with 12 EV charging points. It currently generates £428,630 of income per annum, representing a net initial yield of 7.00%. The WAULT is 8.85 years.

The park sits on 0.52 hectares (1.3 acres) of land. It includes a McDonalds unit occupied on a peppercorn ground lease running to 2127.

The park falls within the scope of the Seafield Masterplan, a planned long-term regeneration of Seafield to deliver thousands of new homes along with a primary school, GP surgery, and commercial units.
