New MEININGER hotel to open in Edinburgh city centre
The new hotel is MEININGER Hotels' first in the UK (38th across Europe).
MEININGER Hotels is to open a new 157-bedroom hotel in the Haymarket neighbourhood of Edinburgh city centre on Wednesday 5th August 2026.
Developed and owned by S Harrison, the new hotel features a residents’ bar, guest kitchen, breakfast area, lounge areas, and outdoor seating terrace.
