A new aparthotel is set to open on Edinburgh's Royal Mile as investor LSG Capital expands its hospitality portfolio in the capital.
Edinburgh-based LSG Capital will open "Stay Hush Royal Mile" - a 21-suite aparthotel on Cooper’s Close, just off the Royal Mile - on Saturday 1 August 2026, delivering additional visitor accommodation just days before the beginning of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, the world's largest arts festival.
The project has entailed a comprehensive redevelopment of a historic building in the heart of the Old Town. It is the second property under the "Stay Hush" brand, joining 33 Castle Terrace, as LSG builds a portfolio of aparthotels in Edinburgh.
Alongside the Stay Hush aparthotel, LSG is launching "Mile Yard", a new food and drink offering for both guests and locals.
