The Haymarket Edinburgh is a £200m mixed-use scheme being developed by M&G Investments. As one of the UK’s most significant property schemes outside London, it is the largest of its kind in Edinburgh to be developed in the past 10 years. Now ready to enter the next stage of site construction, ground levelling works were completed in 2017 in preparation in preparation of this 60,000 sq.m development.
The masterplan for the development is currently being re-designed, however the original design plans comprised of five striking contemporary buildings the scheme includes three Grade-A offices offering a total of 32,000 sq.m of modern office space, underground parking, a 172 bedroom apart-hotel, 190 bedroom hotel and 5,574 sq.m of retail.
